Waste To Energy – Vietnam

GEI MEKONG is working with Austrade in Australia and Vietnam to identify potential sites in the country where waste management is a government focus. Austrade has provided a situational analysis report for GEI Mekong which describes the policy, legislative and licensing environment for waste-to-energy producers who have and are planning to establish waste-to-energy facilities in Vietnam.

Currently, Austrade is assisting GEI Mekong to identify local partners with whom to form joint ventures to build GEI Mekong’s first waste-to-energy facility in Vietnam.
